Ok reason for above I’m a heating engineer and have been for some 44yrs now so as u can imagine I’ve been in a cafe or 5,000 ? and this one I visit at twice a week and have so since it opened and it has never disappeared and staff are really friendly

Had breakfast this morning with my family and as always the food was cooked fresh and was delicious, portion size is great and the staff could not be more friendly. Clearly people were having a Xmas treat as it was packed! Best cafe in Medway by far.

Started using the cafe for breakfast/lunch on my days off! The place is snug but has plenty of seats. The menu is easy to read and the staff are all really polite! The food is good and really does hit the spot!Wheelchair accessibility: Im sure there is a ramp out the front but also outside seating on nicer days.

This place is a little nugget in the Parkwood shops, took my elderly mum here for lunch, the place is typical "Caf" style and personally I love it, it is spotlessly clean the staff are friendly and helpful, the food was cooked fresh and was hot and really tasty. A proper mug of coffee and a very generous plate of food, will be visiting again.

One of the best cafes in medway. Foods always perfect. Staff are so welcoming and always accommodating, both on my own and with my family. The place gets that busy it needs more seating! As a regular they know exactly what i want when i walk in as they remember their customers. Which is what a cafe is all about.

Food was nice from here and would let me swap out stuff that I didn't want. My only problem was that none of the Big Breakfast meals served sausages! What cafe doesn't do sausages with a breakfast?
