02/06/2023; 21:00Very bad experience by uusing their services, while using the air pressure pumb, it was not working after put pound inside. Tried to fill air in my car tyres many times but the machine was a faulty one.I informed the man in the shop, and he behaves very rudely and he is not behaved properly while asking my money back he said they have no option if the machine turns on thats it the problem is my cars tyres!!! It’s really ridiculous and absolutely rubbish, that man dont know the basic thing and just argues to me, while all these things going on he was speaking to someone with his headphone and dont pay attention to me as well. And he said you can go now ask to his manager and he dont know when the manager is coming. And am already going to leave the town to Scotland for another one month i will not be there as well for a while.It was such a Pathetic and pitty experience.I never felt something bad from someone like this before.

I love this petrol station, me and my husband don't live far from here, we know the staff, husband and wife team are so lovely, I see her smiling behind the desk everyone I walk in, highly recommended. there is a cash machine here, tire pressure and 3 spaces to park if you don't want petrol. cash car doesn't work anymore but there is a hand car wash down Nelson Road.... so come out of the petrol station, turn right and keep going till you reach the traffic lights, (right by the Ariva bus depot), go straight over the crossroads and the hand car wash will be on your right ??

I spend around £90 in this shop and ask to use the toilet and was very rudely told “no”. No apology or understand why. Will not use again.

Everybody was panic buying petrol so a really tough time for the guy who was directed everyone to the pumps and he had it all under control and so helpful and polite and what should have been a stressful time with everyone tooting and shouting he made it so calm and had control of the situation brilliant man then I went in to pay again I was greeted with smiles and politeness couldn’t have ask for better service well done to you both you are an asset to the company.
