We were here for a private party. Had a lovely time, the staff were lovely apart from one who shouted at us when we asked for a pot of tea as she didn't have any clean cups or teapots. She brought a pot over once she had managed to wash up! The drinks were very good with a fantastic choice. The food was excellent and very reasonable The area we was in was cold but the manager gave us an electric heater. The radiator was disconnected. Greene king need to rectify this. Overall a very enjoyable evening. The beauty & The Beast shots were delicious ?.Parking: Large free car park, just enter registration number at the door.

Had a great first visit at this local hidden gem.The food was above average for a chain pub and the service in general was amazing. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. The pool table and darts board looked brand new.Will definitely be visiting again. Great atmosphere! Great food! Great staff!Thanks allDietary restrictions: The staff directed me to their app which showed all of the allergen information I needed to not have to worry about having a reaction to my meal.Kid-friendliness: My children were given crayons, pencils and an activity sheet. The staff also recommended a nice desert that both the kids throughly enjoyed.

Came here a few weeks ago for a little bite and game of pool with my partner, was a lovely place with beautiful food. The staff was also amazing, met bartender called Charlie there who helped us out with the pool table and joined in with our banter, he has great spirit and character.All the staff was polite, over all was a great pleaseure and certainly will be returning in future :)Thank you Charlie and team for a enjoyable time.

Haven't eaten here yet. However, we are very quickly becoming regulars. Mel is a superstar. You need a star rating just for her!!!We were here the last 2 weekends in a row and we don't usually go out. However we had such a good time here, we made a point to come back a second week in a row.This weekend there was a live band, after seeing the Facebook post, I wasn't too bothered, but boy was I wrong. They were fantastic, the atmosphere was electric. All I am waiting for now is a bit of karaoke ;)110% recommend.

Charlie (the bar person) made my experience extra special! Took my drinks over to my table for me. Overheard him giving an elderly couple some advice on saving money when they order wine. What a guy! Went with my family for dinner and could not fault the food one bit from taking my order to the food arriving at the table was exceptionally fast. Food was out of this world full credit to the chef. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Been twice now and both times, great service, happy staff, lovely hot food and very good prices. Was going to go to a different pub but decided to go back to Spyglass and Kettle as the prices were far cheaper. Definitely recommend to others.
Ordered food and waited an hour and a half. Turns out sometimes they just forget to actually prepare the food got a refund and left. Bar persons are very nice though.

The food was not as hot as it normally is but the young lad was quick to get it replaced and we just love the apple Crumble, we always have good service.

Walked in after parking in the best spot in the carpark, smiley staff ? reserved table for 630pm and sat to order on the app, nobody queuing at bar so ordered at bar. Very friendly staff nice food, pictures enclosed.

We were recommended this pub and I have to say we were not disappointed, the service was fantastic and the food excellent , my granddaughter thought hers was the best burger she had ever had ! Ha ha , the staff were excellent , so friendly and the pub was very busy which is a review in its self ! Very enjoyable dinner for five of us
