Hi there! I wanted to share my recent experience at your Subway location in Gillingham today at 4:30 I was very disappointed by the rude behavior of the 2 Indian staff during my visit. Even if they had to say no to something, their attitude was quite off-putting. It made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I believe that focusing on improving customer service would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers.

Visited subway Gillingham branch today (23/02/2024) around 4:00 pm. The staff were unnecessarily rude and had a bad attitude for literally no reason. This is the worst way to treat customers. Not at all happy with their behaviour and attitude.

Went into the Gillingham branch today (10/02/24) at about midday. Really didn't appreciate being served by someone that is sending a text message while serving me, especially when it was the manager! (Assuming it was the manager because they were wearing black) also might wanna check your orange juice because they're out of date!!

I had a very tasty vegan wrap. Slightly disappointed by the lack of non-dairy milk for a coffee, so I didn't have one. It was a small Subway branch, so I understand the lack of space.

It gets one star because I can't give it a zero star food disgusting and the manger treats staff and customers like dirt he is so rude. Understaffed and forced the women to work late shift on there own. Because the girls are alone they are easy targets and have been physically attacked more then one please avoid at all costs it's not worth your time or money

Understaff may be…I ordered food yesterday…haven’t received as i ordered and some items were missed…portion i ordered was large nd received regular…still lady was arguing with me on call that i did large portion….no customer service provide if they forgot packing our food to provide to our home..:. When we asked to collect in one hour…she was like we are closing in near time…lady was polite but she said i was alone so mistake happened. So I request subway to put enough staff as it can ruins someones evening if they don’t receive enough food eventhough paid fully for food.
