I ordered via Deliveroo their Sunday Duo and they didn’t include roast potatoes, broccoli and a separate pot of gravy. They drizzled gravy into the Yorkshire and it was soggy. Most of the meal consisted of vegetables and meats.Absolutely disgusting takeaway again after being given another chance they didn’t follow instructions. I asked for no custard, cream and just plain pudding. The custard was absolutely disgusting and watered down. I couldn’t eat it.I ordered their lamb and it was uncooked with so much fat inside, literally heart disease vibes. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy, avoid this place and find somewhere else!

I had the chicken roast dinner and it was delicious. There was plenty of food and it was all extremely tasty. Such a good roast!Parking: Just need to register your number plate when you go inside

Even though waiter told us they were short staffed and it was extremely busy so there may be a wait nothing could fault the service of drinks or food as the service was great. Food lovely and nothing too much trouble.

Sunday breakfast is great at the Queens Head. There's a decent menu and it's all rather well prepared. If you like a regular English then you'll be treated to good sausages, thick bacon etc. This is not the trucker pitstop fare that leaves an oily plate. The Queens Head is large and airy inside and the service is always friendly. We all enjoyed a very pleasant, relaxed breakfast and we'll certainly pop back again.Parking: You'll find plenty of space on a Sunday morning. The Queens Head has its own car park. Don't forget to punch in your vehicle registration at the bar.

Met my expectations (which were pretty low). Food was poor quality, but heated up okay, and brought out promptly. The menu was a trip down 'Berni Inn' lane, with everything you'd expect on there.Drinks and staff were pretty good, although 4 different people trying to take our order at the start was probably overkill.

We did bottomless drink brunch and it was great, the staff were really nice and attentive. Waffles were great. Will be going again. Great value for money!

Great food. Great staff. Lots of space between tables and quick service. Keep coming back as a firm family favourite.

Our table was booked for 6.15, we arrived at 5.45. The restaurant was pretty much empty and our table was free but we was told we couldn’t be seated yet, so we ordered drinks at the bar, we was seated at 6pm. Ordered more drinks & food. We waited until 7pm no one came and asked if we wanted more drinks or why the food was delayed. So decided to pay for the drinks and leave, a lady that seemed to be in charge asked why we was leaving and she seemed shocked that we hadn’t had our food but have no explanation. There were alot of other people in the restaurant who seemed to be waiting for food to and getting very angry. There was plenty of staff around but no one checked on us all they seemed interested in was dealing with numerous just eat delivery drivers collecting food. Obviously this establishment values the take away service more than customers that eat in. Such a disappointment as we live at the end of the road and we’ve used this pub regularly over the years but the service has definitely declined

The starter of battered mushrooms was so overcooked that they were actually stuck together. I ordered scampi for main and my daughter had the roast. The scampi was once again over cooked and the chips tasted ad if they had been reheated. The roast wasn't fresh the potatoes were cooked frozen potatoes that I'm sure had been reheated. The pigs in blankets were all stuck together and tasted of plastic. My daughter refused to eat it as she is pregnant and the waitress got it changed but we ended up eating separately and even her substitute meal gad chips not fully cooked. I think they need a new chef!!!!!

Great food, friendly staff, lively atmosphere. And prices more than reasonable. What I like most is that, yes this is pub grub but with a real twist. The menu is reasonably extensive but not so much that you suspect that everything is just microwaved. It tastes like freshly-cooked food, and the quality is superb

Loved our last visit to The Queens Head. The staff went out of their way to ensure our visit with our young granddaughters was enjoyable. They chatted to the girls and made them feel at home. Food arrived promptly, hot and tasty. Will definitely visit again.Kid-friendliness: Our granddaughters enjoyed their food and found chatting to the staff easy.

A lovely pub to pop into if you want a quick pub grub menu. Staff are really helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and we didn't have to wait very long after ordering. A good choice of food on offer. It's clean and tidy inside and plenty of seating outside in nice weather. Plus a medium size carpark. Also has the Meerkat meal deals Mon- Thurs. Can get a little busy/loud in the pub side from the ' blokes' popping in after work, but that said it is a pub and not a restaurant for quiet romantic meal. ?What I also liked is if you're watching the calories, each meal has it printed on the menu.Parking: If you are a guest of the pub you must enter your registration details to get free parkingWheelchair accessibility: All on ground floor level so easy access
