Ordered several dishes including a large fried rice. What arrived was a normal portion which was half rice, half beef and vegetables. When we called they first tried to tell us that they were looking at our order and that we had ordered special fried rice. When I told the restaurant that I was also looking at the order and it said large FRIED rice, they then changed tack and said yes, that is what fried rice is- beef and vegetables with the rice. Utter rubbish. So, if you’re vegetarian, avoid this place like the plague. They don’t care one iota about what you ordered and paid for. They’ll send you what they have and lie about it. And the food was mediocre at best. Avoid.

Not eaten from here in quite a few years. Ordered from just eat ended up collecting in person an hour and half later- people were waiting 2-3 hours for food. As for quality of food it was terrible quality and will definitely not be going back. Chicken balls too greasy. Chicken satay not nice and a horrible coating. Chicken curry watery, chicken and cashew nuts was ok. Noodles were fine. Crispy chilli beef was the best dish. Will not go back here.

Used these twice first time left out one dish when I phoned em offered 5% discount next time didn’t even cover the cost second time got two dishes I didn’t order but was charged for also food was just about ok ish

Starting ordering again from here, last week an item was missing, after a quick call item was soon at our door. This week we had a large order, nothing was missing and tasted great, also it was half an hour early! Great work guy's! Keep it up,!

I have not had a takeaway from her for about 5 years but I didn’t like my takeaway from another local Chinese on the last two occasions so I posted my opinion which upset the owner . But this was a perfect takeaway, nice and hot , good portions but lovely taste . Exactly what the customer wants

I appreciate its Christmas Eve, but an hour and a half late and app says delivered. Happy to take my money but no food and phone off the hook. Furious and now at this time of night cannot order anything else. Will never order from here again

Food was meant to be 40-50 minutes. 55 minutes later, nothing, call restaurant "he left ten minutes ago". Wait another half an hour. Call again 25 minutes later. "He's left five minutes ago". When I queried why I was told they had already left. "I don't know, I just repeat what the kitchen say". Terrible service.
After travelling back from holiday, my partner and I decided to get a takeaway for the family instead of cooking. We always to go Silver Sea in Parkwood precinct and have never had a bad meal. Lots of choices, and the Crispy Seaweed is one of the best I've ever tasted. My partner always orders without veg in the chow mein dishes, and they always ensure that this is fulfilled. Keep up the good work guys, very satisfied customer.

The food is really nice however this is the 7th time I've ordered from here and the food has been late and I don't mean mean by 20 minutes I mean by should have got the food at 7.55pm and its now 9.38pm and I'm still waiting.

Two meals in two weeks, very stale old prawn crackers, warmed up chips, average other food.Did ring to give feedback, stated first I didn’t want anything, was offered replacement or 10% off next order but I politely declined, I won’t be returning. For ages this was my favourite takeaway ?

Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered food at 18:30. It’s nearly 20:30. I’ve had no calls of apologies for waiting for nearly 2 hours, no food, this was meant to be the kids dinner and their service is appalling. THIS IS THE 3rd TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER.

Have used this takeaway numerous times and the food is always good. But do not order on Christmas eve. Ordered at 6pm to be told would be about an hour and half to two hours for delivery. That was just about OK.. Half past 8 still no delivery so phoned again. Told sorry would be 10mins. 8.55pm still not here. Phoned again. Told it would be 15 minutes. I asked if this was definitely the case as been given two delivery times which have not happened. Was told the delivery times were estimates?? Leave you to make your own minds up if they were fair 'estimates'. To the owners just tell us the bloody truth so we can then make a balanced decision. For one night of obviously placing making as much money as you can over customer service you have lost a very loyal customer tonight.
