Due to work commitments I have unfortunately visited Burger King in Gravesend Kent a number of times. Like most BK restaurants it’s a franchise outlet. The thing that lets this restaurant down is the staff. They seem to have no idea, I could bang on about good customer service to retain customers, to have customers return to your restaurant. But not this one. I have recently challenged staff concerning BK own policy. They have no idea of it’s own products. It feels like take you money and if we get your order right well that’s a bonus. BK smell the roses, your losing customers, but most of all your losing money. As for Gravesend Kent, people don’t bother. Terrible service, orders wrong!!!!
