On an incredibly busy night, the staff really kept everybody served throughout. Our waitress Shelley is a real force of nature who doesn't stop and goes above & beyond for all the customers.

The welcome at front desk was nice and this was from a lady called Shelley. She walked us to our table and made sure we got our drinks and bowls for salad. She then comfortably gave us enough time to choose what we would like. She checked on us if needed but she let us enjoy our food without being hassled. She was very polite and we enjoyed our meal and the help from Shelley. She also helped when coming to pay with using our code and voucher. Thank you Shelley for the kind and welcoming outcome you added to our meal.

We were served by Charlotte F. Absolutely outstanding service. She really made us feel looked after. Even though she was working New Years Day and they had a few items unavailable on the menu she wasn't letting it get her down at all. Restaurant is really pretty inside and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the Balanced bowl with chicken.

The food was okay. The only criticism is about the young waitress. She was very nice and smiley until the bill came. After that the smile was gone. Miserable so and so. I'm glad we didn't give a tip. The meal cost enough on Christmas day anyway.

Warm welcoming from a lady called Shelley she was also our sever. She made sure we had everything we needed but wasn’t to much whilst we was eating. If we needed her she was more than happy to help and she was polite, happy and welcoming throughout the whole time we were there. She also was able to help us pay by using my voucher code off the app and a voucher. I would recommend Gravesend harvester. The food was beautiful as well definitely worth the price was fresh, filling and well presented.
