This little coffee shop in Gravesend station is fantastic. The ladies who work there are very friendly and extremely helpful. The drinks are of a good quality and a visit here will brighten up your day.

I pop into the pumpkin cafe most afternoons for a hot chocolate and a natter with the lovely Wendy.She always has a smile on her face and is so bubbly and friendly! Qualities that a lot of places lack within their staff nowadays.I truely look forward to a visit at the pumkin cafe and obviously my hot chocolate!But having a lovely employee like Wendy is what keeps me coming back so Thank You!Its an easy 5 stars from me ???

Alesha is just fabulous. Came in this morning she was on her own, could see she was swamped with deliveries and customers but she powered through still with a smile on her face, lovely lady!

Both the ladies behind the Gravesend train station counter are prompt, very friendly and helpful. However, there has been no oat milk the last few times I have been. They apologies profusely but it’s not their fault as I suppose they don’t order stock! Please restock oat milk, it’s in demand!

I wanted to come in for a drink today as I’d been here before but couldn't as there was a whole lot of commotion in this part of the train station. Some sort of heated argument between 2 people. Shouting and bad language and a member of your staff being aggressive to a girl (her daughter maybe I'm not sure) and what looked like security stopping her from going any closer and preventing altercation. Not the way I wanted to start my day. Saved my money and bought a drink when I got off, cheaper, tastier coffee - more than just edible, better atmosphere. Avoid!!

Really kind and chirpy lady who served myself and two other customers in record speed so we all made our trains before 7.30am.One of the customers was a regular and she had been thoughtful enough to remember his order and had his order prepped for him. Absolutely gold star service.

On the cold evening on Tuesday afternoon, it was so cold that I thought I wish I could get a cup of warm coffee but I had only 5minutes left till my train to London. I risked and I popped in in to the train stations Pumpkin Coffee place hoping I wont miss my train and I was so happy staff was so friendly I could not believe I got my coffee in a less that two minutes.
