I went to this horrid place for the first time, last week. I called and made my order over the phone. I ordered a mixed meat kebab with chips (large). I drove 20 minutes to collect it and on getting there they made me wait whilst ignoring my presence as they packed things for their delivery driver. I watched them making food and notice they were using their bare hands with no covering and placing cooked meat next to raw meat, to reheat.When they eventually took notice of me, they couldn’t have brought the card machine faster, for me to make payment. He was so arrogant and rushing me like he didn’t want me to check the bag before paying. I said “can I just check my order first” I opened the box and the presentation was a joke!!! Garlic sauce and hot sauce all over, leaking out. The chips was buried under the meat that looked barely cooked. I asked why they didn’t put the chips separate as they were now soggy and he said it’s extra to pack the chips separate. Madness! Anything to get more money from you. He also said, bread was extra as well. I got home and started eating and a few times ate lumps of slime and mush. I’ve no idea what I swallowed there. It tasted horrid and had an odour so I sided my fork to shift the food about to inspect it and saw a strand of the man’s hair tangled in a piece of the chicken. I started looking more and found another strand of hair in my food. I literally made myself vomit and threw the food out. I rinsed my mouth with salt water and promised myself to write this review. I will NEVER go near this place again. Scum and unhygienic animals is what they all are. Renting shops left, right and centre and selling absolute trash in the name of food. Even for fast food, this place is low. I wouldn’t gift it to a homeless person. Anyone, but them is worth more than what they produce there. Trash!
