Good service, cheapest shell diesel in surrounding area

Iv never been so embarrased in my life i put £40 worth feul instead of £20 i i didnt have the other 20 on me the till man embarrassed me infront of everyone shouting at me telling other customers to pay for my feul i live 3 roads away only had to ask me to fill the form in and i would of been straight back verry verry rude i couldnt believe it, i have really bad anxiety.

Been getting my petrol here for over 35 years, I do hope it remains shell petrol I'm not sure about this new asda store, my petrol receipt had ASDA on it this time

Completed an 8 hour road trip and stopped to refuel. Used the bins to dispose of my rubbish to be told I can’t as “it’s a private garage”. Bit ridiculous after spending £30 in the shop on their overpriced stock

Fuel may not be the cheapest in Gravesend but that doesn't affect me because my car doesn't use much and I don't have to travel long distances every day. That's why I always fill up on the way there. My impression is that the staff is very friendly, always greets, which has become a rarity for other places and most importantly, very humane. When I filled up with fuel and went to pay at the till, I realized that I had forgotten my card, and no cash :))) super situation, but the lady reacted with understanding when I told her this. I called my husband to come and explained that he will come soon and she didn't push me or make a face for a moment. I really appreciate her understanding and attitude.

Absolutely awfull, staff smoking right out side the front doors and on a forecourt!! Very dangerous!!Also staff in shell smell very bad of body odour, please please put some deodorant on. It’s not nice coming into the store smelling this.

A petrol station like all other petrol stations. Not the cheapest around, especially non fuel products but does have a Greg's inside
Misleading price tags. Always check the price as wrong labels attached to products as they charge different prices to that advertised on shelf. Staff are very rude. Avoid.

Great location for filling up with petrol, withdraw cash for the machine outside and for getting a quick bit to eat from the Greggs inside. Premises is always clean and tidy and the staffs are polite.
