One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Food was always 10/10 and the staff were the friendliest I've ever met. They genuinely took pride in their restaurant and you could tell from the look on their faces.I recommend the Goat Curry Naan Malai Kofta with Chicken Tikka to top it off. And their Chicken Biryani is one of the best in town. If you're ever in Gravesend, definitely check outSuman's Kitchen!Thank you for having me!

Wow.. First time ordering this takeaway tonight although been eyeing up for a while. This restaurant needs to be spoken about more. The food is delicious and truly Punjabi style. The spice is manageable and not overspiced like other restaurants. This is the best Indian food I've ever had in Gravesend! Well.. one of the best anywhere. Show this business love and support. Amazing food. This is real INDIAN FOOD. Fantastic.

Second time here and had fantastic, freshly cooked vegetarian food both times. Lovely friendly owners and good prices. I don't usually leave reviews but this was so good I had to! Definitely recommend, I only wish it had been here when I lived in gravesend or was closer to where I live now!

My family and I are always sceptical of ordering Indian as we cook Punjabi food ourselves. However, this is the best Indian takeaway we have ever had. Everything was perfect, it was unique but with authentic flavours. Delivery was speedy, service was friendly. Would definitely order again - this is the best Indian in Gravesend. Only criticism is that with some of the dishes, it was less than expected for the price, for example the portion of masala chips was little. Very minor tho, everything tasted perfect.

Fantastic Indian food in Gravesend, this place is a little hidden gem. Visited 1st time and very impressed with the service aswell as authentic tasty Indian - Punjabi food. The owner- Suman is really lovely and made every effort to make us feel welcomed and looked after very well too. Reasonable prices, quality and authentic dishes and excellent customer service. Nice and clean place too. A must try Indian restaurant in Gravesend.

The food was tasty but quite spicy so bear this in mind, but it had good flavour and presented well.I had what I would say an odd experience, as we were greeted by a child who seated us at our table and offered drinks, I would say he was around 10 years old. I wanted to order wine but didn't feel comfortable asking a child to serve me alcohol and I believe this is illegal also, so I just ordered tap water. We were not greeted by an adult until they came to take our food order. The staff were chatty and friendly. What really wound me up is that when the bill came, we realised almost every item on it was £1-2 more than advertised on the menu. There was a menu on the window behind us to refer to. When we raised this with a staff member she said they had not yet got round to updating their menu prices and as a "gesture of goodwill" they would remove the £10 service charge, but this amount is less than what the additional food prices were. I wish I'd have taken a photo of the receipt for reference but I didn't think of this until I was on my way home unfortunately. To me this is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable and as such I would not return to this restaurant

Food was good. Staff were friendly with the head chef evening coming and chatting with us.However do be aware that the prices you see on the menu in the window, online, and the menu you get given are not what you are charged. Almost everything has gone up but they say they “haven’t had time to change their menus” and that they “have been meaning to get around to it” so almost everything seems to have gone up by around 10% overall with some things going up around 60%.If we had been told at the start and advised that prices had gone up and confirmation as we went along it may have been slightly more acceptable, but to have a bill over 10% higher than advertised given with no explanation is not acceptable, trading standards would have a field day! They did offer to take off the optional service charge as a compromise, take that as you may.It was a shame as I said the food and staff were lovely, friendly and chatty, but poor communication and organisation around the price rises that appear to have been in place a while, with little regard for the legality around displaying one price and charging another marred the evening somewhat.

We decided to eat here because the reviews were so promising. From starters to our mains we were blown away, not only by taste but by presentation too. Amazing. Best we’ve ever had, took some home for the family to try.
