Ordered food at 5 pm on a Friday evening, arrived 2 hours later, cold , small portions and generally lacklustre. Was told on the phone that ‘they are very busy’. No s@&t Sherlock, it was a Friday night ??♂️. Clearly more concerned with saving a few quid on extra staff than fulfilling orders. AVOID!!

Order a delivery tonight. Food was 11/10 so fresh and tasty. Large cod was massive and chip were so light and fluffy. Highly recommend The Brothers.

Ordered from Brothers Fish Bar tonight, staff on the phone were helpful and polite, my order was delivered in good time and the delivery driver had an electric car which was impressive, food was hot and very tasty, I ordered cod and chips, plus 2 kids meals, will be ordering again for sure.

Ordered 2night very disappointed with the food. The kid's meal ordered the chips where just awlful and the sausage was very greasy and I can still taste the oil like it hadn't been changed. The mushy peas where like water and no mushy peas in there and the cod I ordered is dripping in oil not edible so went to waste and wasted money.

Used to use when we libed in town but have moved and always been wary of getting fish and chips delivered. Just had a delivery and it was excellent with fast delivery. The fish and the chips were pipping hot and crucially still crisp.

Normally the food and service from these guys is the best around, however, last night we had family round for dinner and although the sausages, chicken and fish were perfectly cooked and hot the chips (4 large portions for a party of 8) were cold and unappetising.Disappointing to say the least when you spend £54.00!!!

Ordered on the app. Received a phone call to tell me they didn't have either of the two meals I wanted. I said I wanted a refund and was told it would take 10 days. Went to the shop to be told I was rude on the phone. When I explained I was slightly deaf the manageress said "that's nice". I eventually got most of my money back after refusing to leave for 10 minutes. Shocking service
