Disgraceful. Will not be using them again. If I could give this outfit zero I would. My daughter placed an order on their website at 5.20pm. They emailed an order number and a delivery time of 6.15pm. By 7.10pm the order had not arrived so she telephoned. Bearing in mind this order was over £82. for her dad's birthday (plus with two young children needing to eat before 7pm). They came up with some excuse when phoning them that it was a big order and took time to get ready.!! Ugh they had had it an hour already at this point. (or so we thought). She gave them another 20 minutes for delivery. Another half an hour passes and nothing! She phones again. Oh I do not think we received your order ! But hey she says you have taken the money from my credit card for the order and you still have not delivered. Please in that case refund. Oh we can't do that as it is via a third party!! What!! so no food, no birthday, no kids fed and no refund and told to reclaim the cost via the credit card company. BEWARE do not order anything by their website. To say she was upset as it was also a birthday gift is an understatement. AND then to say we cannot refund you just about took the biscuit. Yet half an hour before when she phoned they were saying oh its a large order to put together and takes time, then they say they have not received it although confirmation was received by email. What a shambles no apology, no refund, nothing. Please everyone learn from this.

Twice now have ordered from here and it has arrived incomplete.They do not listen to you, they talk over you when you are trying to explain the problem. When we requested a refund for goods not received but paid for, they offered discount on future orders ??♀️ No thanks, I won’t be coming back. Customer service appalling & the food isn’t really all that to be honest. Shapla by far outweighs this mediocre restaurant!

Food very tasty, delivery well within the time given. Can’t give 5 as I think it’s a little on the expensive side compared to some other Indian takeaways. They also forgot the chapati for the lamb dupiaza!

Not going to lie was very excited for the food but then it took over and hour after contacting deliveroo twice to find out that it wasn’t even in the kitchen yet. Called again 20 mins later to find out it had only left. Food is good but do not get it delivered

tried to order on line rickshaw bill £25 plus £2 delivery ordered over phone £24 and £0 delivery you need to sort this tried to talk to someone over phone and the said they didn't understand not good considering I am a regular customer

Ordered through uber eats, big mistake. Took my order and my cash through the website, Got a text meagre 45 mins to say my order had been cancelled my order, phoned them and was told i only ordered chicken, chicken and lamb, you have to order the meat with a curry, if i wanted just chicken i would have gone to KFC. They said they tried to phone me but couldn't get through, how did i get a text then? was then told that i wouldn't get a refund, as they'd started to prepare, prepare what if you didn't know what i was having. Shame, we really did enjoy the food from there and wouldn't order indian takeaway from anywhere else. would take a lot to get me to come back to you. took my money and no food.....

Or they would deliver later I then told them I didn't want it later as my 2 year old is hungry now. His reply was cook him beans on toast then. I won't be using them again !!!
