A few staffs are nice but the majority are not. I had a bad experience about two weeks ago when I redeemed a kids meal at the counter by showing the ticket after ordering at a kiosk. Actually, I did the same at there a few times before but this time the staff said I must pay at the counter for the redeem. After "debating" for a while, another staff came and annoyed by expressing that starting from next time I have to pay at counter for redeem. He also said that their website states clearly the order has to be done at counter in order to redeem the kids meal. However, I checked their website afterwards and found that he was cheating.
