Last time I went a few year ago it was lovely, waited 5min to be seated, there was only one chair and there was 2 off us, table wasn’t reset, we was seat at main entrance where cold draft kept coming in. I askfor cutlery as there was none on the table and already got my food sitting there, wasn’t really worth £32 for a few strip of meat for 2 people didn’t taste all that for the price, staff was polite and nice.

This is my local. So we often go here to enjoy breakfasts and lunch. I've also had a couple of bargain boxes from them. Hardly ever anything to complain about. Good friendly bunch of

I had the vegetarian roast.Roast potatoes, not that crispy and definitely not very fluffy.Mashed potato, nice and creamy.Cauliflower cheese, no taste.Peas, okStuffing, no taste.Yorkshire pudding, big and fine.Gravy, thick and tasty. My partner had gammon which she enjoyed. We had bottomless soft drinks which we always find good value and their machine lets you add four different flavours to your chosen soft drink so strawberry Coke Zero for me!Vegetarian options: For £1.75 less you can skip the meats and have just vegetables or there are some veggie options.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids options, they have a complete kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Easy access

Service was very good despite it being incredibly busy due to it being Christmas Day .The waitress was very attentive and helpful. The food was very good although several items had run out and had not been replenished when I went up to the carvery .

It was lovely, although we had to wait 40 mins for our starter. The beef was a little fatty, but ovèr all we had a nice afternoon.Parking: Can be busy as attached to the Premier Inn

Very nice meal, but there was something different about the roast potatoes, didn't taste the same as week day's.Yorkshire Puddings, FULL of AIR not nice. Need to be a bit stodgey. One weekday we came and they hadn't risen so much , they were lovely,

Lovely staff, food always good, so good with my child who has ADHD so special things to help made a difference. Free parking on site, had a mishap with booking due to wrong day on families behalf etc being made, but the manager Ian was fantastic and resolved the issue quickly after understanding, also very polite.Parking: Is next to hotel so obviously if busy can be limited but overall should be enough

Plenty of dishes to choose from. Roast potatoes not crispy but very soggy and swimming in oil. Vegetables could have been warmer. Good point though was the excellent Yorkshire puddings.Parking: Could do with more disable parking bays.

Haven't been to a Toby for years. Visited this one and the food was lovely! Had lots of choice and everything was cooked well and hot. Blue light card you get 20% off.

It was for my husband's birthday I booked the festive menu for 4 people but it ended up 5 people was met with a very abrupt lady who told me they could not cater for the extra person eventually she put a small chair at the end of the table. We were immediately told go to the carvery we were not offered a starter or anything we ate our lunch which was nice as usual but could not find anyone to order a desert finally after my son went and found someone we ordered desert after 35 minutes of waiting it arrived. We go to this carvery slot and I can honestly say this was the worst time and it a damper on the day.ay I add there were plenty of empty tables. Our waitress was lovely but our first experience was cold and abrupt.Parking: Ample parking space.

Had a very enjoyable carvery everything was cooked lovely as normal we normally go every Tuesday when Dawn or Chelsea work they are fantastic girls. The 2 waitresses that were on duty today were amazing, Lou served us, the manager on duty Ian seemed to disappear a lot leaving the 2 staff that were serving to serve tables and do the bar themselves first time I have seen this manager where we normally have Joe who mucks in with the girls as a proper team Ian I'm afraid to say comes across as I'm the manager and don't need to do anything.Another little thing apple pie should be on the menu

Once seated, staff attentive and service was good. However, whilst waiting at the reception area, ignored by passing staff. An acknowledgement would have been appreciated, i.e. someone will be with you shortly!

Worst meal we have ever eaten, yorkies weren't cooked properly, potatoes to crispy and beef to dry. Lack of staff behind carvery and waited 10 minutes to get our food! Never going again!!

We went here on Friday night, it was very busy but the staff were nice & didn't rush you unlike Maidstone branch. Chef polite & cheerful, manager pleasant & our waitress MILENA was lovely & friendly even though they were short staffed.Food was great today, good selection of meats, veg & potatoes.
