The young girl that served myself and my daughter was an absolute delight! So friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She’s a real credit to your company, bluewater was heaving and the queue was huge yet she remained calmed and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I didn’t get her name but she was black, about 19-22, with long plaits - I would love if you could feed this back to her.

“No matter what the occasion, celebrate in style” this claim on their website is not true. Every year for the last 5 years on my birthday I’ve had a personalised double cookie. Every year it has been great and properly stuffed with coloured icing and made fresh. However this year the bottom cookie was stale, so not made fresh that day. There was barely any icing in the middle and the little that was there was strawberry flavoured and tasted awful cause I don’t like strawberry. After emailing customer services we were told we should have checked the quality of the cookie while in the shop, so ok we should have pulled it apart and tasted it before taking it away!? What a waste of £30 and a cookie. Won’t get one next year! Awful service and quality.

I’ve loved Millie’s cookies since I was a child and I remember my mum used to get me those cookie pops from there as a child. And I used to love them and it has been years since I’ve seen Millie’s cookies again. It really took me back to my childhood and the cookies were still good as I remembered. Which was great, the best cookies ever!

Sad to say that while I would like to leave a higher rating I cannot warrant it. For while the people who served me were friendly and the design on the cookie was impressive, I did not receive the double giant cookie as ordered and paid for having only realised this once we took a proper look once we arrived home. Disappointed to say the least. But perhaps compensation can be had on return as I am sure it was a genuine mistake on their part.

No visible menu of ice cream flavours, I queued to order and had to give the flavour ice creams we wanted (not just how many scoops) the ice creams were poorly situated in comparison to where orders are placed, it meant having to come out of queue to go around and look at ice cream flavours, I suggested we do the order where the ice creams were but was told the order had to be placed towards the front (this made no sense as it was all tallied at the end of our 5 selections being made).Whilst being served, I was asked by another member of staff quite rudely to ‘just scoot across to one side’ so that she could serve the customers behind me. I was already standing on the left and there was nowhere left to move to without going around to the side where I was told by the person serving me I couldn’t go whilst placing the order. There was also loads of space to the right of me where other customers could be served and unnecessary to ask me to move whilst I was still being served. Additionally, they ran out of cones! The service at this outlet was very disappointing and left much to be desired.

I ordered a cookie for my sisters engagement party and it was quite clearly poorly done. I have contacted and requested a refund and I was told how this was to do it.It was squished on the cookie (especially the word engagement) and barely readable.It seems to have been rushed even though I ordered it around 2pm and collected it the next day at 11am.I was not happy with it at all however needed it for my sisters party that day so did not have a chance to request a remake.I would like a refund please.
