Côte Brasserie - Bluewater

Food is always good at Cote restaurants and this one was no exception. We visited one weekend and they still had tables available. Our main criticism was the time it took to get our food. Nearly an hour after ordering. Possibly a one off as we'd eaten here before and it didnt take that long. Otherwise everything else was good.

Comptoir Libanais Bluewater

The service was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious.Our server Peter was extremely helpful with everything, especially with some allergies I have as he was very knowledgeable about the menu and advised me well, as well as ensuring the food was altered where possible to accommodate me.Highly recommend and will definitely be returning soon.

Tortilla Bluewater

I'm always super impressed when I go to Tortilla at Bluewater.The food is healthy and the customer service is top class, especially from Deborah, who is always happy and helpful. Tortilla is definitely the best place to eat in the food court at Bluewater.

Smoke

Had the privilege of visiting this place this evening (though it took some finding, it’s actually inside the Conservative Club bar area), and I’m very glad I did.The gentleman that greeted us was very pleasant, welcoming and friendly and explained the menu in detail to us. We decided to go for the ‘Carnivoresaurus Rex’ which had brisket, pulled pork, meaty (very very meaty) pork ribs, smoked turkey breast and fries on the side (amazing fries!).We also had Mac and cheese on the side and I have to say the food here is wonderful! Full of flavour on every bit of food and very reasonably priced, the plate was huge! We had to take half of it away and we’ll definitely be coming back for more!Cannot recommend this place enough for meat lovers :)

Shawa Lebanese Grill

This place never disappoints. Been here a few times and always got a Shawarma but this time I was super hungry and wanted to try something different I was thinking either the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides or the shawarma platter. The manager was super sweet and lovely we were cracking jokes and she helped me decide which one to go for. The chicken was so juicy and fresh it just was amazing! I had salad, chips, hummus and bread with strawberry and lemon drink which all was delicious! Service was amazing, all the staff were happy and helpful. Big shout out to the manager for making it an enjoyable experience 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Big Easy Restaurant - Bluewater

Just out for lunch and decided to eat here lovely, friendly and polite staff.The food was amazing, even tho I had a problem with my order the manager sorted it out straight away.Matthew,(the manager) was very professional and polite and sorted it out straight away.Thank you would highly recommend

Buenasado Argentine Steakhouse - Bluewater

Amazing meal. The food was excellent, steak cooked to perfection and desserts absolutely delicious. Recommend the lemon meringue pie and the banoffee pie. Having worked in hospitality I know it’s the staff and service that make or break the experience and both were of a high standard. They were very attentive and we felt well looked after. Can't wait to go back.

Wingstop

We got served very fast by a lovely front of house worker, Fatima, for a lunch date. She was both polite, quick with serving and patient. The food came out in no time, hot and delicious, which made for a lovely lunch dining experience.

Lola's Cupcakes Bluewater

The cupcakes I bought are delicious and the staff are so helpful and kind. I was served by a dark haired girl last Monday who recommended some good flavours to me.

Boost

I stopped by just after gym to get a smoothie and skip dinner. The lady who took my order was lovely. I requested 2 whey protein shots and then I also wanted a spirulina after I had placed my order. She was so nice to add it although I asked for it after placing the order already. Really good customer service even just before closing. Definitely deserve 5*s.

ASDA Cafe

Wasabi Sushi & Bento

I went here and communicated to a lady in Japanese. I had been learning Japanese for a while. It was a lot of fun, since I got to test out my skills, and she was really nice! Great service. ?

Pizza Express

What Wonderful staff at Pizza Express Bluewater, especially Claire who went above and beyond to make our whole family feel welcomed and relaxed. One of our children is a non-verbal special needs child and Claire made such an effort with her: she spoke to her using Makaton sign language, she had the common sense to know not to put her food in front of her (she’d already seen 2 drinks get launched across the restaurant) and ensured that we received quick service. Food was delicious and we had a really enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Millie's Cookies

The young girl that served myself and my daughter was an absolute delight! So friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She’s a real credit to your company, bluewater was heaving and the queue was huge yet she remained calmed and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I didn’t get her name but she was black, about 19-22, with long plaits - I would love if you could feed this back to her.

Caffe Nero Bluewater

Three stars given due to a really busy store. Tables were not clean at all and had to clear stacks of food and cups away myself to sit down. Staff were doing their best but more needed to keep it clean

Tapas Revolution

Really tasty, as good if not better than tapas around Spain. Klaudia was a really fab serve. We’ll come again - better than food court offerings at Westfield White City that’s for sure.
