What rip off this place is. £15 for a breakfast I cludi g £15.00 for children. Little children at that. No Duck race cancelled due to bit of wind. Should have supplied free free I said games outside not had the nerve to rip off yet again familiesafter cancelling at last minute. Wouldn't recommend this place unless you don't mind wasting your gard warned money. Shame on you

We had the pleasure of staying here a few weeks ago of being lucky enough to win a competition! The pub/restaurant is excellent, the food was very good (we had the pie) and breakfast was wonderful.Really busy pub with a great atmosphere! The rooms are excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the freestanding bath was lovelyNo faults at all! We will be back :)

Absolutely lovely stay at this pub, really recommend for the food and drink and service. The room was lovely, once we’d climbed the narrow and steep stairs! Friendly staff made our stay really comfortable.

My stay was absolutely magical! The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. I was made to feel so welcome. Where do I begin to discribe the beautiful room! My stay was a much needed break between work bookings. I felt like I had been transported to a wonderland. The bath, just wow! The bed the decor, wow! It was Valentine's and I had the most amazing dinner in the pub. Exceptional service! To top it all breakfast the next day was epic! Don't think twice about staying. I was on the first floor a double bedroom. All the rooms are themed. I looked out on the delightful church and fields. Kasha was so helpful and professional. She did all the decorations for Valentines day, a very talented lady!I want to go back soon!

Brilliant pub in the middle of some beautiful landscape and hiking trails.Very typical and the food is always amazing.

Charming pub. There are a number of issues with the (rather pricey) food, though. Orders mixed up, one dish not as ordered, and one hot dish served cold Service rather slow but attentive when it happened. If the problems in the kitchen could be addressed, the rating would be higher. However, I am willing to give it another chance as the venue is delightful.

This is a great little country pub. Went there and they had the rugby going so enjoyed some pints and the rugby. Lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Not extortionate in prices either.

What a beautiful pub, the food was excellent and all the staff were very polite and helpful. The Rye bay cod was lovely and the pineapple and mango crumble was food heaven, the wife loved her chocolate pot desert. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.
