Second time at Herne Bay Miller and Carter and today we were served by Sharon who was delightful. Very friendly and so helpful. My brother always struggles to eat a full portion and Sharon very kindly supplied a carton for him to take away what he couldn't eat. My steak was once again fabulous. Not too keen on the lettuce wedge though. Would prefer a nice flat mushroom instead but honestly, such good value on the set menu. Will definitely be returning. Welcome guy was also lovely. Didn't get his name.Parking: Great for parking.

Food was excellent, service was very good. When I requested a quiet spot as it was for my wife's birthday, not only was this accommodated, but it was mentioned not only by the manager, but the waitress as well. All in all a lovely dining

We were let down by the pub we had booked for a family celebration but Miller &. Carter fitted our party of seven in. Our waitress, Debbie, was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and they even supplied a birthday surprise plate, complete with candle, for the birthday boy.Will definitely return

After being very poorly over Christmas, we needed a treat and protein. Amazing service from Bonnie she was so attentive and helpful with our allergies and made sure that alternatives were available. My sister was so happy her dinner looked the same as mine and she didn’t miss out on a delicious meal as she always does at other restaurants. NYE 2023. Just had an evening meal, 5 people. Cannot fault it. Atmosphere as always, relaxed and calm. Service by Sharon was excellent, friendly, attentive and efficient. Food fabulous, considering it is NYE, and very busy, we didn't have to wait for any course. Set menu, but still plenty of choice. Fabulous evening. Thank you. Happy New Year.

Our server was amazing. Friendly and warm. His name began with a K or C. The food, the shared butchers platter, was excellent. Best steaks I have tasted. Could you improve? No. Our visit was perfect and it it was the loveliest ending to what had been a very difficult day for us.
For my husband's birthday. We had the set lunch menu (2 courses) and it was very nice. The service, as always, was faultless. Our only concern is that the prices are a little high, but so is everything these days.

Very nice decor, very spacious - easy, relaxed atmosphere. The waiter was very knowledgeable and patient. The steak and wine was very tasty. They didn't have any chilli to go with such good steak. Overall...let's just say 'I'll be back!'

Miller & Carter Herne Bay is the best M&C we have been to. We came for a family meal tonight and Charlie was our server, he has been so attentive and kind. The food was to an exceptional standard, the service was even better. We stayed for drinks after our meal, a few coffees and cocktails, Charlie made sure we were accommodated for all of this. Every time we come for a miller and carter, we always come back to the Herne Bay restaurant.

Although early, the Reception was not attended for over five minutes and a queue of booked clients developed.Upon the young lady eventually arriving then attempted to seat us in the bar area which was dark, uninviting and isolated but on being challenged located a table in the restaurant and reacted as if “she was doing us a favour”.A warm welcome would be appreciated and choice of table shared transparently.On arrival at the table, the poor start to the experience was recovered by Christopher who was warm in his welcome, being courteous and showing acceptable humour.Parking: Good availability and clearly marked

My partner and i came in for dinner last night, the food was amazing, as always. Steak cooked to perfection, (best we had ever had!). Our server, Lee, was fantastic. On an extremely busy night she made sure we had everything we needed and could answer all our steak questions. What a lovely, bubbly lady she is! Possibly the best dining out experience we have ever had, thanks to Lee. We will definately be returning.
