What a pub used to be, a place to drink beer and talk. Great in these times of pubs which are really restaurants that also sell alcohol. Simple ,basic but wonderful beer. Well worth a try.
Checked it out for a swift pint on my way home. It was recommended to me and was exactly as you expect of a micro pub. The regulars were friendly,welcoming and engaged our two new faces warmly. The drinks were good the cheese and onion crisps were amongst the best I have had and I will add it to my list of places to visit

Tiny micro pub with a large and friendly welcome. A single German lager on offer but exceptional in taste and served alongside a range of other beers, cider and wine.A nice alternative to more traditional pub culture. Recommended.
