this hotel is usually good, but this time they decided to charge me twice for a pre booked 3 course dinner , and to top it all they will not answer emails to explain what went wrong. We had a nice meal that was pre booked, a bottle of wine that i expected to pay for, the service was nice , then at checkout the did not issue an invoice and say they will email it. NOTHING
Everything from the hospitality and warm welcome of the staff, to the room and the food (both the evening meal and following morning's breakfast) were all first class. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay. Ideal for a weekend or a few days by the beach. Many thanks again to everyone at the hotel.
