“This is a fantastic country pub which has an amazing ambience, some what busier than expected but it makes sense due to the selection of beers and great food. There is a bustling bar area and a separate restaurant dining area. They were very accommodating towards my 4 year old and the waitress was very attentive towards conversing with her which was lovely. The other diners and us were chatting during dinner, the crowd here is pleasant. Our food was delicious and a reasonable price, despite being busy the food also came out within a quick time as the staff are very efficient and well managed. I had the prawns for starter and sea bass for mains, both were amazing. I would like to go back here, especially as they serve my favourite beer Hoffmeister which was fresh and poured perfectly. My partner had the burger and chips and said his burger was also really tasty! The brownie was delicious, well presented with flowers and a side of ice cream Thumbs up all round.Parking: We managed to get park however parking spaces are limited and the pub is situated down a quiet country road, plan ahead and arrive early or be prepared to park away from the pub and walk”
