They have good sandwichs and coffee, the staff was friendly and helpful\\nBut They can't warm the sandwiches unfortunately

My stepson placed a order through just eat however items were missing and when contacted this particular Greggs and explained items were missing I spoke to very helpful staff\\nThe manager was very disappointed to hear that items were missing these were 2 red bulls and a child's drink she replaced these with out question and showed what Greggs prides it's self on customer service putting the customer at the forefront of the business a big thank you to all the lady's I spoke to and a big thank you to this particular manager as this is what being a manager is all about showing the staff how to deal and treat customers being polite and dealing with the situation in the most professional manner it is the best customer service I have ever encountered with any business keep up the good work lady's and head office should reward you for your professional standards towards customer services

Staff not aware. My husband got two cups of tea spilled over him by two rowdy customers and was not even asked if he was OK let alone offer to replace teas. We may be old but definitely not losing our marbles.

I popped into Greg's for a coffee and cake, both were lovely, the environment in Greg's is very nice with plenty of seating.

Wow, shocking how rude the staff were, sarcastic and just simply rude, I couldn't believe how she spoke to me, and I must have pulled a face or something because she didn't take to kindly towards it, as I work in hospitality this is appalling to see such misery within a workplace, yes I get it's Gregg's so don't expect much, however as a paying customer I expect some level of respect right no need for sarcastic rude comments, can assure you I'm never going to this one again, RUDE

I've not been in the UK for 3 years. We always male Greggs our 1st port of call for Steak and Chicken Bakes. How the quality had gone down like eating a tastless mouthful.of grease

Great food and prices. This Greggs has a large seating area and they have toilet facilities, which most coffee shops in the Mall don't have.

Brought a pastie and a chicken slice to eat in, it was cold, so asked if they could pop it in the microwave, nope can't do that, everything is in disposable cups/bags, not how I remember Greggs
