My stepson placed a order through just eat however items were missing and when contacted this particular Greggs and explained items were missing I spoke to very helpful staff\\nThe manager was very disappointed to hear that items were missing these were 2 red bulls and a child's drink she replaced these with out question and showed what Greggs prides it's self on customer service putting the customer at the forefront of the business a big thank you to all the lady's I spoke...read full review

Large gregges in the centre of the mall in Maidstone, quite a lot of choice and places to sit down and eat hot or cold , there are toulet in the cafe area aswell . The staff there friendly and helpful but there was a very demanding manager who seemed to be quite rude to her staff and blaming staff was stuff not done in front of customers. Very bad ?

Walk in to the shop like you always do in a greggs. We had a look at the ready made sandwiches and then got our drinks out the fridge section. Got greeted br Friendly Staff and asked what we wanted. We chose the normal sausage rolls and donuts with our drinks and sat in the sitting area to eat. No rudeness from the staff only from the local school children who came here from school at lunch.
