As of March 2023, the shop is closing down, and I'm unaware of its future.

Store signs stated it’s closing down, there were discounts on what stock was left inside. It was almost completely empty. It’s a shame as House of Fraser often has some really good finds at reasonable prices. Not sure if the store is due to reopen, alternatively there is still the Bluewater store.

Terrible company, I’m owed over £650 for damaged items which were sent back and because their courier service lost the items I’ve having to wait, it’s been over 2 months. The online customer service workers and absolutely useless. Worse company to deal with.

Gone down hill rapidly. They even removed feedback “which was honest, and we still have not had a resolution after 3 weeks” said it was not appropriate and does not reflect their business model ‘mmm truth hurts ??

Even with their closing down sale of 20% off items everything is way over priced for the goods they are selling, you can get most items a lot cheaper online or from other high street shops.
Sale on at present as they are closeing for a refit

It's so sad to see this store is closing in March this year(apparently,I don't believe and reopening in October 2024). There are still great bargains to be had in store, though, which is great!!

Nice place to spend your day. Some items are expensive, but the quality is noticeable. The staff is helpful as always.

After visiting on a number of occasions it seemed strange to return and found it so empty of goods As it is to close to be revamped, Do the owners really think that will get their loyal customers plus new ones to buy more?
Closing and overpriced.
