I don't like how everything is sectioned by brand. If I want trousers, I want to go to where the trousers are, so in three one place. I don't want to have to trawl around several different branded outlets within the same store.

Received impeccable customer service today from Louise at the Phase Eight/Hobbs concession, from start to finish - what a vibrant and classy lady. She could show the HoF staff (and indeed many retailers) how it should be done. It was so refreshing to be reminded of what true customer service is and I just had to praise her as she is so deserving of it. I hope you are recognised for your outstanding efforts, Louise, and thank you.

Not sure about this place anymore, the love seems to have left the building, most lights off with staff looking bored and deflated very little customers in whenever I go in these days. Maybe if they discounted from the start more people would buy, with online shopping quicker and easier than walking around a darkened store it's more inviting staying home. Sorry but I run a small business and know full well to try and shop local but house of Fraser has lost touch with it's client...read full review
