Excellent food which for me is the main criteria for a takeaway. It's clean and well decorated and that's all that needs to be said about the atmosphere. Only marked down on service not because of any problems with the owners but because they only accept cash which in the cashless society means a bit of preplanning, However as previously said the food is 5 star,.

Only ordered one dish for myself but it was delicious. Good prices and nice staff. Only draw back is it is cash only but if you know that in advance it shouldn't be a problem. Will be going back there for sure.

Collected from here as my usual was closed. Pleasantly surprised, the crispy shredded chilli beef was VERY good.
SERVICE IS A DISGRACE!We made a large order over the phone. After being told the price we thought it sounded a bit high. We checked the prices on the website menu and totalled it to be £40 less than what we were quoted. 40 minutes after placing the order we called to dispute the price. We were told that they "no longer use that menu"...We explained that we weren't prepared to pay £40 more than their menu stated but they point blank refused to honour the price we saw online.Upon arriving to collect the order we were then told that they hadn't even cooked the food because they didn't agree the price (bear in mind that we called to dispute the price 40 minutes after placing the order).We had waited 1hr 30mins from placing the order to then be told it hadn't been cooked. Unbelievable!!!Avoid at all costs!

Do not try and order from here. We ordered said would be an hour then changed to an hour and half. On collection at the right time they said they haven’t started cooking an order for 11 people because we questioned a false advertised price and demanded we paid over £40 more than the advertised price. The customer service along was shocking on its own. We have wasted 2 hours from 8pm on this restaurant with a very hungry family

Shame you can’t leave 0 stars. Placed an order at 20:15, told to wait an hour, just went to collect and the food hadn’t even started to be cooked (at 21:35). They then tried to charge me for items I did not order.Edit: your excuses are not valid. As you know we placed the order at 20:15 and didn’t realise the price was too high until 21:00, when we spoke at this time we agreed to sort the price upon arrival, you failed to mention at 21:00 the order had not even been started and as you stated it would take an hour and a half to prepare such a big order, so why then was this order not started at 21:30 when we arrived to collect our food?You have also stated the menu we ordered from was not for your business, this is baffling considering it was a Chinese takeaway menu with your name and number on it ?What a profit you missed out on simply due to stubbornness, we even offered to pay more than what the menu suggested but you outright refused for any sort of discount (even to fix your mistake or for such an expensive order).

Absolutely disgraceful service - ordered hour & half before arguing the price (a supposed latest menu on website with out of date prices) to be told nothings been cooked because we apparently didn’t agree a price - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!Edit: I do NOT accept your response - NOONE queried the price with you when we placed the order & in fact didn’t until an hour AFTER the order was placed, when we agreed we’d sort it out when we got to you (which you said was OK) Our complaint was about the fact that over an HOUR after we placed the order & called you (on the tel no advertised on the menu website that apparently has nothing to do with you!) to query the cost you’d quoted us, you STILL didn’t admit to having never started cooking the food & didn’t UNTIL my husband turned up at your door to collect the food, when we agreed we’d just pay & get food home to our hungry family & just never use you again, only to discover that after an hour & half you hadn’t started cooking a single thing of our order! You have blatantly lied in response to these reviews - saying we hadn’t agreed a price & that’s why you hadn’t started cooking & THEN to tell us we were looking at a menu that was nothing to do with you, despite us ringing you in the tel no advertised on that menu stating your name! How foolish you’ve been - over a £40 discrepancy that we even agreed to pay so that our family could eat & on an order of £157, what would’ve been a healthy profit for you.
