After a dog walk with my best mate is I decided to ring a few pubs as I fancied a roast dinner. I booked a table at the walnut tree. I decided to go for a beef, dinner and a starter.I was greeted by Jo , the landlady. Really helpful and a good sense of humour.Excellent service. Both dishes presented and served hot. Absolutely fantastic food. I had the pie of the day which was Chicken, Camembert and cranberry. Everything from the pastry to the filling was just right. For dessert I had the chocolate orange ice cream which was amazing. The staff are also polite and friendly. In total it is a fantastic place with great food which I wholeheartedly recommend.

Great place! We found it occasionally and were enchanted. People were very kind and let us in with two little dogs, because it started raining. The food is amazing. We had some requirements about the fooddue to limitations and the chef did it as we wished. Truly recommend this place!Parking: Parking is easy and free.
