Just ordered from this place. First time. Usually get our pizza from Dominos Barming, but frankly, they've been really inconsistent for the past few months so the other half and I decided to try Pizza Hut at Woodville Rd.We were a bit nervous, never having ordered here before and seeing the google reviews, but we needn't have been. The pizza arrived a little late, but still hot. The delivery driver explained why and it was a legit reason (local traffic has been terrible lately.)The pizza itself? Amazing. Unlike the other big pizza company, this Pizza Hut pizza had such depth of flavours. No over powering ingredients that dominated the pizza. Instead you got a real medley of flavours that worked well together. The base was crispier and more filling too. The dip was again more subtle but more satisfying than I'm used to from Dominos. It was creamy rather than acidic.Not only was the pizza better, it was cheaper too.I can't speak to the culture or managerial attitude at the store, but I can say that the food I ordered was on point and worth the money. Thank you!

Appalling and rude management who lie about pay to take advantage of students. When coming into the interview I'd never seen a kitchen so unclean and staff look more demotivated. Wish I'd paid more attention to all the reviews talking about how rude the managers are. A real shame as the advertised money I was offered on the job application and after a telephone interview with the shift manager was livable and when I drove down to the in person interview to clarify it was the same I was met with the same promised wage. Management obviously lying or not able to read your age on application, either way lazy and ridiculous. Offered money was 2 pound less than all my older mainly male peers doing the same job of whos wage I was promised. When I questioned why the pay was less I was met with a lame minimum wage excuse to which I corrected him that I wouldn't have come if they hadn't lied about pay. Knowing what management is like I see pay was a blessing in disguise and why staffing turnover is so quick. Unless your only career option is to aim for low paid promotions along this branch don't bother joining, and even then go somewhere were your treated with respect by more qualified seniors.

Management awful and rude, very stuck up and defensive particularly the male manager. All the workers seem demotivated most likely because of horrible management and bad pay. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

ordered a couple of pizzas with garlic sprinkle. Before i left i thought id check that they remembered the garlic sprinkle. Didn't look like there was any on there apart from literally a dusting on one side of the crust so i asked nicely to Alex to add some more. He refused and told me that they are only aloud to put it on the crust. This is not the case i've had it many times before all over. This might sound petty but i was really looking forward to my dinner and to be honest it tasted pretty bland. Alex you are a proper little jobs worth and need to learn some customer service skills! I will not be returning to your Maidstone branch!

Order a pizza and from start to finish a nightmare, firstly I found the female on the phone a bit unhelpful acted as if she didn’t want to really be there, I ordered one large pizza and two sides, I asked for extra cheese on the pizza which trust me didn’t even have the normal amount on let alone extra, I asked for one half ham and pineapple and the pepperoni well! Trust me that was all dried up then to top it all we order chicken strips and asked for a dip, no. Dip sent! That will be the last time I will ever be ordering for there EVER, should have rung back up but really did t want to have to wait over an hour for another pizza to be delivered
Manager has the worst attitude I’ve experienced so far in customer service. Got our order wrong and decided to rudely defend himself instead of correcting the issue for the customer. Just lost themselves a few long term customers. Wont be back.

Usually our order from pizza hut is really good but unfortunately tonight we had quite a bad issue happen. Me and my partner are both vegetarian and ordered the 3 beyond meat, 3 cheese pizza and what turned up was not that, nothing to say if the meat on it was beyond meat or not so we had to reorder again through uber eats who were very helpful, got a 2nd pizza and it was the same pizza again, called up to to clarify that what we received was beyond meat to have them say they think it was when they were curting it, I had to ask them to clarify with one of the chefs, don't know why they didn't do that in the first place.
