Rooms were clean and relatively quiet, although ask for a room away from the stairs! Only downside was the WiFi, there's really bad signal in the location so frustrating at times.

Good service, value for money, and excellent comfy sleep as one would expect from Premier Inn as standard. Good food from the it's onsite restaurant Malta Inn. However the hotel and Malta Inn could do with mordenising inside and out with how the new Premier Inn's look now.

Only fault to find was the bedroom was extremely cold when I got there and instruction not explicit enough. Oce that was sorted it took over an hour before room really warm.Noteworthy details: Although properly connected too your wi. Fi. No phone reception at all.

It is a Premier Inn so you get everything you expect. Staff were very friendly, location is really good if you have small children you can take them to Kent Life next door.
This is in a convenient but lovely setting. We found it a great base for visiting family. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best Premier in we have stayed in. We would definitely recommend this for a short stay.

My wife and I were visiting a relative in Canterbury and wanted a hotel not too far away. We had stayed in the Maidstone area before and had seen this Premier inn on our last visit and really liked its location next to the river. The hotel and room were clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfasts and evening meals at the Malta inn were excellent.

Had a very good stay here for a quick stopover with the kids on a long journey.There is a large car park and when we stayed there was a lot of free space so no need to pack your car in a tight spot between others.The staff were very friendly and helpful (particularly the lovely night porter, as we arrived late). It was a lovely touch that they left some colouring sheets and chocolate on the childrens beds for them.It's quiet but very close to the motorway so ideal for onward travel to Dover or after returning from there.

Terrible Premier Inn. First room I walked in and walked straight back out the smell was that bad. Should not have been available to public smelling like that. Complained, staff very apologetic, gave me alternative room, once again didnt smell that great even with windows open. Bathroom desperate need of a refurbishment. Rust on shower components, mould on ceiling and floor. Bedding smelt of the room which was unpleasant. Left there feeling like I'd been camping. One to avoid. Shame as newer Premier inns I've stayed at lately have been lovely, this place is a disgrace.

The hotel was ok, room was clean and bed comfortable. We decided to pay for the breakfast but so wish we hadn't have done! The scrambled egg had a funny taste, the sausages were not of a good quality and the mushrooms were cold. There was no orange juice just a tropical juice which was watery! There were children running around with plates of food! Next time we will be eating out!
