I really cannot find anything bad to say about food, have always had a lovely meal and service is always good, so I have reflected this in my star rating.However, we have been using this establishment regularly for numerous months now and today’s service was poor-especially considering we are regular customers. We rang to ask if they could accomodate 7 people for lunch and they managed to squeeze us in without fuss. We ordered 2 cream teas (scones, cream and strawberry jam plus tea), 2 eggs on brown toast, 2 vegetarian breakfasts, and a cake plus drinks. We felt the quality of the food was great and the service exceptional. It was my first visit and we would be very happy to go back. The food was reasonably rapidly served. The venue was full very quickly, kudos to staff our table was cleaned twice before laying! Wonderful food absolutely what we wanted. One word of warning, there is no toilet in the cafe and the shopping centres toilet was so dire last time I visited I reported them and now they are closed for refurbishment!
