Before tonight I would have happily recommended your food to anyone. But not anymore... Stuffed Crust Pizza, Wedges and Garlic Bread for Delivery sounds like a meal that surely no one could get wrong..The pizza was a mess with a hint of Brown being the main colour.. It looked unappealing when the box was opened it was even worse when trying to get it out of the box.. It hadn't been cut through cleanly out came the scissors as I was expecting it to be hot as usual but sadly no it was barely luke warm. My plate was hotter..The wedges although they looked good they were also nearly cold.Lastly the Garlic Bread.. This was a first for us thanks to the 'Black Friday' offer.. And it will definately be a last.. 4 small rounds of cold that looked very lost in the box designed for them.. Would love to know how your company could justify the full price that we would have paid if not for the offer...Disappointed beyond belief as any food that we have had previously has been well presented, fresh and piping hot...

After a long week we decided to treat ourselves to our favourite pizza takeaway .Admittedly our order a few months previously was of a much lower standard than in the past but thought it was a one off. Sadly not the case .Our order arrived an hour early ,it was over cooked and some of the ingredients were missing, very disappointing. An hour early is no good when you’ve not long been in from work and are about to relax and freshen up.The pizzas were much smaller than they used to be and the toppings minimal I rang to complain and was offered 30% discount on my next order. Sadly there won’t be a next order ,not for the price ,even with the discount, still not worth the money. I have always recommended Tops pizza to friends and family, they did used to be the best pizza around and delivery was always close to time . Very disappointed that what used to be a great takeaway has gone downhill

Don’t use the website2 hours and lies about being round the corner and trying to deliver the pizza.Wrong address even though it was entered into the web order.Bottoms pizza more like.

£45 order, placed 620pm, it was a Friday night, so a delay was expected. 2 hours for delivery, though, seems excessive. Food cold, portions tiny for the price, pizza was £10 and the size of a small garlic bread, ribs dry and curly fries £7 and tiny portions, poor service ?

It’s not just a few times food has been late missing or just hasn’t arrived it’s every time I annoy myself each time I order from here but that’s it’s never again I’m done with Topps pizza in Maidstone terrible service

Terrible. I only order here because they're the only ones that deliver so I use them as a last resort. They ALWAYS get the order wrong. Today I specified a time and they called 1.5hr early and said they were there. I told them I wasn't home hence choosing a later time. I told them to go away and bring new - not re-heated - food at the specified time when I will actual be home. At the time of writing they are 15mins late

After ordering our food, we received it within 45 minutes. However, the pizza was missing toppings we paid extra for, and we were missing extra items we had also paid for.It's such a shame that this isn't the first time it's happened.
