Have ordered a few times from Wingos, Good food.Good portion size, Only the recent order I felt that the seasoning could have been a bit better.

I ordered wings and as I was cutting them up I found a ‘Black piece of hair’. I have specifically written a piece of black hair, because when I called back to call the restaurant to complain literally within a minute of collecting my wings. He says to me maybe it’s a the chicken hair- I’m very sorry but chicken hair isn’t black. Then he goes on to say he’ll give me new wings but next time he will close my account with them. And his reason is because he has delivered over 50 orders and no one has complained. That is the stupidest thing I’ve heard, you can have 50 items from a manufacturer and get one bad item out of the 50. I think it’s so bizzare that you blame the customer for finding hair in something that was provided by YOU the restaurant. Very bizzare mindset to have, I was not even issued an apology.

I placed an order at this establishment which they took my money and cancelled the order the guy told me to “pull up if I have a problem” I found this incredibly rude and threatening. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE the staff are awful human

We ordered some chicken wings for delivery. When they arrived they were flabby, poorly seasoned and lacking in sauce. Worst of all there was a hair fried into the chicken.I telephoned to complain and they promised to refund. Over a week later and having chased once more still nothing.Take your custom elsewhere

We`ve ordered from Wingos 5-6 times over the last 2 months and they are turning to become our favourite take away.Prices are very reasonable especially for the portion size you are getting.BBQ Chili sauce/marinade is to die for.We firstly ordered them via Just-Eat for home delivery and the food arrived a bit late, however bearing in mind that we live 7 miles away I`m surprised they even deliver this far. Food however was very tasty. That`s why we now order from them directly via the app and drive to collect - they do not dissappoint.
