This was the best food we had in Margate. Great prices and great quality and we will definitely be coming again.

What a lovely find!Do yourself a favor and eat here :-)Our food was beautiful. Every dish was tasty, fresh and cooked with care. Portions were generous. Prices unbeatable. The lady who runs the restaurant very much cares that you enjoy your food and your visit.We ate like gods and our bill was less than £30.We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a gorgeous lunch.

Cozy little cafe by the sea. They always play some old cinema on telly.This is a home run business, so usually takes a little time to get the food served.Try Um Ali or Basbuka.Won't mind going back.

Such a good find! We were visiting Margate today and that cafe was a random find, food was delish, lovely service, very reasonable prices and the most importantly dogs friendly!! We take our babies everywhere with us, so it’s very important to us that we can sit nicely together with our little kids and eat food! 100% recommended and definitely will be back when we are in Margate again :)

Paid and left without finishing anything. Nice place and people but definitely were served cardboard-tasting Tesco wraps and Tesco falafels on today's visit. The sumptuous pictures from others brought us here so may be this is a seasonal issue.

Really good food. It reminded me of my trip to Egypt. I would recommend getting their falafel. Everything on the menu is good.
Cannot praise the food highly enough. We visited because of the positive Google and trip advisor reviews. The cafe is a little understated but is a real hidden gem and well worth all the 5 star reviews. The food is Egyptian and felt fresh and home cooked. We had some gorgeous chicken and rice with bread and yoghurt. If we were local I would be there all the time.

Small friendly Egyptian cafe/restaurant close to Margate sea front. Very tasty food . Lovely friendly server. Nice decor too. Throw back to black and white movie days with Omar Sharif. Plus pretty beaded tiles in toilet!!

Lovely food - we had the Koushary and a falafel and halloumi wrap, shared a baba ganouj. All of it tasted fresh and delicious. Very lovely little cafe with Egyptian movies playing on a screen and service was quick and friendly. I'll definitely be back.
