Ordered on just eat. Took over hour and half .I called they said ready. Then got message to say restaurant cancelled order. Called big dees they said we cancelled it. Restaurant is ridiculous. So hour and half wait and no food at all. They just said they too busy and we cancelled it which we didn't. Will never use

horrible customer service my food arrived 2 hours late and the food was cold we asked the driver why it took so long and he said he starts at 5 no where on their website or uber eats does it say my order will be delivered after 5 and my order was due to come at 4:15 i called three times and every time they were rude and said my food was 5 minutes away

Have ordered from Big Dee's several times now. Food is always piping hot, tasty succulent chicken, milkshakes are delicious & food is always delivered on time. Much better than KFC for quality & value. Highly recommend.

I have ordered from here many times so this review is my experience as a whole. The food is nice and fresh although they have put there prices up high recently. The staff are friendly but the service can be slow even if you call ahead for collection however this has never put me off. Their kitchen is clean and boasts a level 5 rating from the local food authority.
Wow, I am really sceptical about trying new places to eat, but I have to say I’m very impressed, freshly cooked for me just before closing time, was recommended to me and I’m glad to say I’ve found my new favourite chicken shop
