Shamefully there's an option to still give one star.The man with the little hat and beard at the till, you need to retire! What a disgusting experience I've had with you.Also, no offence guys but if you concentrated on your IN STORE customers instead of prioritising click and collect, you'd run a lot smoother.Lady couldn't even be bothered to 1. Make my coffee and 2. Use the coffee milk. Disgusting, awful place with awful and rude staff.I'd never dream of treating people like this where I work!

I had just popped in too get some fuel and as I payed the lovely lady behind the desk said would you like some flowers.. they were not good for sale but not too far gone to go in the bin.. I just want to say a big thankyou to that lady.. I was driving back having just had the sad news that my nan had passed away.. obviously the lady had no idea but it was such a lovely gesture given the days circumstances.. The staff in this garage are excellent always say hello and greeted with a smile.. and the coffee is lovely..They all get five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Toilets are absolutely disgusting. Dirty tampons and tissues all over the floor. Floor covered in water/urine. If it wasn't for the fact that I was absolutely desperate to use them, I wouldn't of. When I told the lady on till about the state of them her reply was "yeah well we've had about 10,000 people come through here today and we don't have a cleaner". I thought that response was rude and unnecessary. Definitely wouldn't use this garage again - Customer service is non existent.
