Really lovely place to eat. Great staff welcome, nice food and coffee. Lots of regulars so it must be good. We'll earth a visit.

Always ready to serve with a nice smiley face. Food very good. Take tissues with you, they are a bit tight on serviettes!

Stopped off during a bike ride to pick up a pastry, had croissants on display so got one for each of us. Couldn't believe the price of £4 each but a least I thought they would be nice. They were awful, easily the worst croissants we have ever had in memory. dry, stale, and flavourless. Won't be returning.

Haven't eaten but looks fine all the food but take away real coffee for 99p a cup deserves the 5 stars. Great coffee. Great price and nice staff.

Popped in for an early lunch. Really nice attentive staff and quick service. My daughter said that the toilets were really clean and roomy.

Cafe G is a true gem in the world of coffee and milkshakes. The service here is not only polite but also incredibly welcoming, making every visit a pleasure.Their coffee is a revelation, boasting rich, aromatic flavors that awaken the senses. Whether you're a cappuccino connoisseur or a latte lover, Cafe G delivers on both taste and quality. And when it comes to milkshakes, they take it to another level. Creamy, indulgent, and packed with flavor, their milkshakes are simply divine. What's even better is that all this deliciousness comes at a price that won't break the bank. Cafe G's affordability means you can savor their delightful offerings without worrying about your wallet. In essence, Cafe G is the epitome of a perfect coffee and milkshake haven. With a warm and polite service, a coffee selection that delights the palate, and prices that are easy on the pocket, it's a must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful caffeinated and creamy treat.

Made our day. We’d taken a party of 12 blind and disabled people to the seaside and were refused access to Wetherspoons because we had a dog. We’re very relieved to find a warm welcome at Cafe G. The young man who served us was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. He moved tables and chairs so we could all sit together on the terrace. He helped us order separately and was really patient. The food was delicious. I had a crispy oven backed jacket potato and the baguettes went down well. The dog loved the ice cream. We were very pleased indeed with both the food and the service.

He only charges £0.99 for a takeaway coffee - the same price for 20 years. If he wanted to, he could charge £2.50 like all the other coffee shops. The food is also delicious and great value.
