Really enjoyed my breakfast here this morning. All the staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant had a good atmosphere to it. My fry up arrived promptly, everything was very efficient and it was probably my favorite place I ate at this weekend.

Today I went to Charlie's for lunch with my mum .we had fish and chips with mushy peas ,it was delicious, white fish crispy batter great chips and a hot mug of tea .the staff are lovely too ,what more can you ask for ...oh yes its a great price too £10 !!

Great fish and chips. To be honest all the meals were really nice and such good value. Staff are lovely and really accommodating for a family with 3 dogs. Always eat here when we visit from London.

What a surprise, chilling air and wind on the beach pushed us towards finding a shelter, but most of the bars and restaurants were closed. There was the choice between Peter’s fish factory and Charlie’s. A must DO to enjoy the seashore’s well-known town fish and chips. Great quality and especially amazing service staff, believe Fred was amazing. Very passionate, polite and professional seemingly a different personality from some of the other reviews comments in the summer season. Have to say, its winter and the restaurant was pretty quite … but he is spot on, and London does not offer any service staff like his style. Summer outdoor venue is opened as well. Food excellent, atmosphere cool, weather freezing and come back: yes of course, spring and summer we shall be back.
