This is one the worst places I have been to for food. Pretty much all the food was covered with a very hot chilli sauce which made everything inedible. Guessing the people cooking don't actually try their own food.

We had a lunch on Sunday due a heavy traffic we arrived 20 minutes late When we arrived we apologies with the receptionist he was kind of upset for our delay while 3 quarters of the restaurant was empty , after all the lunch was fine apart the waiters where stressing us every minute trying to upselling drinks and food I can understand that but this was too much Not big expectations from this place not cheap at all with the same money you can have a better experience somewhere else in Margate

I visited the bar on Saturday afternoon with my black friend to have a drink and use the male and female bathroom. The Manager challenged us immediately as to why we were there and tried to back us backwards using his body and volatile manner. We explained why we were there and he gestured towards the bar in a very hostile manner indeed. We said we would like to know where the individual bathrooms were and he reluctantly gestured towards the ladies, choosing to disregard my friend. I asked him where the male bathroom was. He was very volatile. I attempted to ask him if he was the Manager afterwards so I could respectfully express my upset at his treatment towards us and again he avoided, reflected, projected and refused to accept his behaviour, refusing to even listen to what I had to say. He called Security to have us removed and even the young female security person said openly "this isn't right!" In our defence. The food and the bar etc may be very nice, but I have never experienced such blatant vile and discriminate behaviour as a customer in my life... And I am nearly 50 yrs old. Utterly disgusting!

Sticky tables and very slow service (apparently they had a chef arrive late) but food was tasty when it arrived, and the servers were kind.Kid-friendliness: Nice kid friendly menu including cheese quesadillas and colouring with crayons provided.

We came in here to go to the toilet and to have a drink and i have to say the staff are friendly and they allow dogs in the bar area. They don't have a huge selection of alcohol but they have some unusual ones and they do cocktails, they serve food which looked good but i can't couch for quality as we didn't eat it is easy access and has a access able toilet i will be coming back and trying the food

Well, while down in Thanet we'd heard about the Cinque Ports and what a good cocktail it serves. So we dived on the train and popped our heads in. One Espresso Martini & Margarita. I can honestly say, that the Espresso Martini was one of the best & may be the best I've had so far. I believe the Margarita wasn't to bad either ?????.
Vegetarian food was awful, not authenticate Mexican. Really gross vegan cheese sauce and overpriced nachos with stale chips. All that, and a ridiculous service charge which was over 10% of the bill. The balcony was covered in spiders as well. The only redeeming factor was the drinks.

Really amazing food and service!! A place we will recommend to all of our friends!! There is nowhere else in Thanet that has such a great atmosphere like this did. I was served by Taylor and must say his customer service was top notch. If you haven’t already, you must go!!!

Went here for the first time tonight and must say I’m thoroughly impressed!! Taylor gave amazing customer service, we felt really welcomed and at home and my toddler got a lot of attention too, which isn’t common when we go for meals! The food was amazing and deffo the best pina coladas in Thanet!! 100% recommend ?
