After a roasting hot day we were looking forward to an iced latte and an iced mocha, but unfortunately all we got was cool watery coloured flavourless drink, very little ice. We threw three quarters of the drinks away in the end. We won’t be returning

Drive through, perfect. Trying to get in the door is an absolute mission. I've had a free birthday cake and coffee and couldn't seem to redeem them since they changed the bean system. However, the coffee is nice enough, which I suppose is the most important thing.

Just a typical Costa. Fairly clean out front, toilets are a mess. Seemed to be short staffed to be fair. Ordered hot chocolate but it was warm rather than hot. Downed it in minutes. Staff that were there were polite and friendly. They really need to get rid of the perspex Birlin wall as it's hard to hear what they say.

Theor new brands of non dairy milk is vile. Have also changed the lids that definatly haven't been consumer tested.Cant wait for Starbucks to open...

Nicely made drinks, but staff demeanour let them down, could benefit from some customer service refresher training otherwise i would have given 5 stars.

Visited this yesterday , I have been using Costas since 2010 , it seems that many now have forgotten service with a smile , this was one Costa to be forgotten , the lady served me , never said a word and put my latte on the counter and never said a word yet again , ,i was quite annoyed actually, I mean if they dont want to be there then seek alternative employment , this seems to be something in Costa coffee shops I'm experiencing quite alot lately , even in my home town , overall was not impressed

If i wanted luke warm coffee and to be called mate, i would have saved some miney and gone to Mc'donalds!, Absolute joke when using drive thru, was kept waiting at the speaker for almost 2 minutes, woman was bot apologetic or polite, waited for the young woman in front to stop having what sounded like a social catch up with staff while my coffees where sorting on a cold stainless worktop nest to the open hatch, finally got to hatch after another 5mins and waited to be served, was looked at by 3 members of staff and ignored, 2 mins latr finally got served with have you paid mate!, was late to pick wife up and drove off with 2 luke warm lattes.Emailed their head office but no reply.

Just been in Costa eith my parents. Ask the three times to clean down the tables until a lovely young man came and did it.The Cappuccino taste wasn't very good according to my dad and the gave my dad the wrong cake.I understand how busy they are and the difficulty time but this is why I gave three stars
