I visited for a breakfast bap this week but could suddenly smell something awful. I thought maybe a tuna sandwich's in the fridge had gone off.... upon approaching the till I found the culprit. An employee named "Julie" seemed to be the source of the smell. Absolutory horrendous experience, had to hold my breath at the counter. Would love to know how someone with such poor hygeine was ever hired... wont be returning.

Sadly despite lovely staff here I keep having the same issue, stone cold food ! and forced to have a hot drink when I wanted a cold one with a steak bake ( which is cold) sat here in a freezing shop with the door wide open ( in high winds !) thinking why did I do this again !!
It’s a Greggs so food is what it is. Service is very strange, bit weird and uncomfortable.

It's 8 degrees outside and yet the door was left open and the air con was blowing like the artic wind. Upon ordering and informing that we would be sitting in, I closed the door. Within 30 seconds the young lady behind the counter, marched out and opened the door and announced we must have airflow in the premises. I informed her that it was like an igloo and that it was too cold to sit there and expect us to tolerate the cold
