I’m very happy and delighted to say I had a lovely experience at Margate mcdonald’s. This lovely lad served me and was honestly the best help at giving me directions to Dane road, Im not from around Margate but this lead me to buy a lovely meal. I believe this lads name is Leo or Leon??? I’m not too sure, but I’m very happy with the service I received not too long ago!!!❤️

I got an order off the app and I got the wrong order so I had rung up the restaurant they told me to go on the app to get the refund… all it tells you to do is go to the restaurant but I can’t go down at half ten at night so how am I supposed to get my money back…? I am so disappointed in Mac Donald’s I won’t order from the app or the Mac Donald’s here again…!

Why is it when your standing at the counter , the staff completely ignore you , even when they are standing there counting napkins . I reached over and took my own sugar ..they soon had something to say then.

My wife and I took our four grandchildren to Macdonalds on Saturday afternoon.The restaurant wasn’t too busy and we found a great table by the window. Our order was taken by a very attentive and understanding girl at the counter and shortly after Keith delivered our meal to us and carefully checked every item.Another staff member brought us a high chair.The overall service we received was excellent from very friendly staff.We had a great time and a great meal.We’ll done Macdonalds.Kid-friendliness: All staff looked after our grandchildren in a kind and patient manner.
