We had a wonderful evening at Mullins. From the time I phoned George to book a table for ten, right up to the end of our dinner was fabulous. Nothing was too much effort for the staff - we wanted a square table and thats what they gave us. They went out of their way to put our decorations up. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations! Thank you George, the chef and all the staff - we will definitely be back!!!

Great food, great service, great rum selection. If you want quality food that's a bit different then I strongly recommend this place based on my recent visit.

Amazing food. Had generous portions which was great. We went for our wedding anniversary and it was excellent. The cocktails are very good too. The atmosphere inside is warm and the staff were lovely. Definitely recommend.

Great tasting meal with good service and prices. Not many people in, but still a good visit.

It was our 49th anniversary . So, as we had not been here quite a few years ,we thought we would revist It in the hope that it was still as nice as we remembered. The place did not disappoint us .The young lady who served us was very friendly . I am Jamaican, so I was bought up on West Indian food. I can put my hand on my heart and say that apart from my grandmother and my mother's cooking .This is the best place for soul food .Well done, chef.

Went in for the Carribean night (5 courses!).The sardines were great (me and my partner do like fresh fish). The jerk sausage and mash was good but personally would have liked a bit more heat. The boozy pineapple+ ice cream we could really have done with a fork rather than chase it all around the plate. Overall good value and good food.

We were just looking for a light lunch but couldn't resist the tempting Caribbean menu. Excellent food but do prepare to wait a bit to have it served. Fish Goujons and jerk burger, both very tasty.

Went here for a late lunch at 2:00. Yummy ital stew and the curried chickpeas with pitta were great. The vegetable roti was also good but considering it's literally a veggie wrap with fries and salad, £12 for that is too much! Only complaint is that our waitress was very disinterested and acted like she didn't want to be there.

I had such high hopes from the Google photos. So over priced! But when you look the ones that come up are they all very old. The staff were lovely. So polite and helpful. The food was very basic confused Caribbean. Lots of chips. £19 a main course. Definitely not worth that.

I happened to come across this restaurant by accident and couldn't believe my eyes, a bajan owned restaurant by the seaside of Margate. My friends and I dined at the restaurant and was greeted by lovely staff and of course we met the owner Tony Forde a bajan also friendly and welcoming. I had sword fish, sweet potatoes and plantains and vegetables and the meal was delicious and a lovely cold banks beer ? to finished off the meal. The price was reasonable and would recommend my friends and family while staying in Margate go and visit this bajan restaurant.

It was a surprise to find Mullins, a Barbadian owned restaurant in Margate, UK. Chef Tony Forde puts his spin on Bajan and Caribbean staples such as jerk chicken with rice and peas; swordfish and sweet potato, and others. The spot was fairly well-maintained, well laid out I enjoyed the jerk chicken. It was well-cooked and seasoned. My only complaint was that there were no vegetables accompanying this meal, particularly as it was a main. If you're ever in Margate, stop by and enjoy!
