Visit from September 2023. Was heavily disappointed with customer service first of all. Food was given to me with the box open for a takeaway and during this another customer was being served. Had to ask for my ‘takeaway’ to be packed, and I mean literally the fish and chip box open with the flap half folded. Then I thought no problem I know the food is good here but boy was I disappointed. Chips were heavily soaked in oil, the fish just full of batter and with barely any cod. So disappointed with this as this was really good a couple years back. Feel dirtier eating this than soho gals.Review from January 2021Hands down the best fish and chips I’ve had. Let’s not even talk about how crispy and perfectly cooked the batter is. The fish is not soaked in oil like most fish and chips shops. The size of the fish is bigger than anyone’s head. Just wow.
