we visit this place at least once weekly as it is the best pizza. But the driver who came to the house was very rude(I have on door video). telling the young child that was with him and i quote A fing minngger and my house smelt. when i called to complain to the shop they did not care. I am not here to please a driver or his kid. I work very hard also i have to look after my ASD daughter and disabled husband, I am not going to go doll myself up just to please some old scouser.I do not want him to come back to my home again.

Very disappointed. I have ordered from hear many times and it is my go to place for my pizza, chips and garlic bread. But on this occasion I'm not so happy. Turned up late, chips were just warm not hot like normal. And Soggy. Pizza was burnt, and I know I ask for thin base, but this was thiner than thin. Garlic bread with cheese, on the other hand was cooked perfectly. Turned up with the driver and food was just in a carrier bag not there insulated bag. I work in the fast food and catering industry, and the condition of the food on this occasion would not have left the restaurant. Sorry guys for the bad feedback but you really let me down this time. Hopefully my next order will be back to your normal standard.

Very disappointing order. Tracking said with driver for over half an hour (we live minutes away from restaurant) order then said delivered 40 mins after it was due to be delivered. However we hadn’t received the order. Contacted restaurant and was assured it’s on its way. Delivery driver pressed buzzer, i said we’re on the first floor, he then proceeded to go to EVERY floor in the building and then just stood in the communal hallway knocking on a random fire door? So I had to go and find him. Pizza was cold, soggy and tasteless. Definitely won’t be returning.

Had 2 pizzas delivered.The pizza bases were awful.They were more like a Yorkshire pudding texture then a bread base. The topping was nice. Really shame.
Just got there pepperoni extra tomato base, and hot hot and spicy pizza and it got devoured in minutes so fresh and tasty and morish.... Also tried the strawberries chocolate pizza desert what a treat will definitely be ordering it again. Dan the owner is definitely the pizza man.

Has this shop got new management? I have used it for 10 years+ and tonight I got a pizza that was crap. Then the delivery driver was rude and had no change, normally leave a tip but after getting charged delivery the tip went. Swapped a 10 pound note for a ripped one after I had given him a crisp note from a machine. Will nor be using them again.

My food did not taste good at-all and wasn't as described also a large amount of the food was completely stuck to the grease proof paper and ruined the food

We ordered a medium size pizza here and it only had 2 slices but the pizza is excellent one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted and service was ok
