Maybe if your staff focused less on chatting to one another and faffing about for over 20 mins, as well as serving people behind of me before me, I would have actually ordered and come back instead of walking out & certainly not returning. Horrendous

I hadn't been to Margate Subway before even though its my closest, but ended up there 2 days in a row and have to say how polite and friendly the staff were, it was very clean and the food was lovely and exactly what I ordered. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

We visited Subway Margate on Easter Sunday and were very impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were, in addition to an impeccably clean store too. Definitely one of our best Subway visits -.Thank you!!
Food delivered cold. Driver could not speak English. Phoned 3 times as he was lost in the road. Bread was soft and soggy. Will never order from Subway again. Order cost £18.00 for two cold footlongs. Never again.

Me and my girlfriend ordered breakfast after a difficult morning, only to receive an order that had NO attention paid to it whatsoever. Both our sandwiches were ice cold on arrival, one of them had the wrong vegetarian alternative meat throughout, plus missing cheese/salad items - both our portions of nachos had salsa included, despite a note being left via Just-Eat to remove it AND attempting to call the store (at 8:30am for context)... I don't even know what else I can say. Avoid this like the plague.

Staff are great, they have to deal with a lot of entitled a**hole customers and they do so with professional behaviour, food is great and they are very accommodating to people with autism
