Let's start at the start..... within 2 minutes we had food menus drinks menus, 4mins drinks and bread . Not long after prawns and scallops starter and scallops in bacon with a sauce arrived .. sublime ... I had the slow cooked lamb ..amazing ! Wife had the stargazer .. (check menu).. purposefully left out the ingredients to force you too the menu. Banoffee pie dessert was so damn good. The service is world class . Attentive , polite , fast and very personal.. Absolutely amazing 2 hours. When something needs shouting about .. need I say more.

What a lovely welcoming Restaurant. We visited with friends on the 29th December and all had the set meze. The owner introduced himself and the waiters and waitresses were possibly the most friendly we have ever met. Food was plentiful, lots of choice and delicious. We all had a superb evening and recommend

Used to visit sotirios years ago in hythe, and this was our first visit to sotirios is folkestone. From the start the staff were amazing, Costa's 2 sons were so friendly and welcoming as were the rest of the staff..i forgot my glassss and they even had a pair of reading glasses available, now thats a restuarant thats thought of everything! We had the mezzi for 2, absolutely lovely, good value for money, we werent rushed and each and every staff member went out to make us feel special, which im so happy about as it was a special meal id arranged for my girlfriend. She was amazing, food was amazing, ambience and atmosphere were amaxing. Costa came in and instantly it was like the rock star of restaurants walked in, the don, went from table to table to shake hands, you just don't get this personal touch these days. Well be back - thats if we can get in. At 3pm in the afternoon on a saturday, customers were still flooding in, no wonder, its such a wondeful place to go.

I had the aubergine vegetarian dish but unfortunately found it very bland and uninspired. It was mainly filled with rice and a very few vegetables. The salad that was served with it was delicious. When I compared my meal with their other dishes in our party I really felt I hadn’t got value for my money. They other members of our table were very happy with their meals.

Mr Peter Graham and , I Katrina Marshall have always found this restraunt top class and keep going back every Sunday for their superb choices on the menu. We seem to always leave with a doggy bag as the staff know that Essia and Max live there Sunday roast dinners as well along with fire rib beef bones the next day. Been to Sotirio’s a few times as a couple and with groups, always been impressed with the service and the food. Then after being told a very reasonable price (unlike other places in Folkestone) we decided this was where we would have our wedding reception. So glad we did, so appreciative to all of the staff at Sotirio's for outstanding service and food. You really made our wedding day memorable.
The food was absolutely lovely, great atmosphere and the staff who are very attentive are outstanding. This was our first visit to the restaurant for our 50th wedding anniversary as we wanted something special, we weren't disappointed. We look forward to returning.

Have just moved to Folkestone and had been told about Sortorios. 4 of us ate lunch there on a chilly, wet midweek afterrnoon. A very friendly greeting and this continued throughout our time dining. Good was tasty and plentiful and staff attentive but not overbearing. We all agreed that this is a super restaurant with a great host who clearly has a great rapport with his regulars and makes everyone feel welcome. Our first visit but most definitely not our last. We look forward to returning soon

We visited for a work Xmas afternoon lunch. The restaurant was packed but the service, ambiance, food and value were amazing. The staff waiting the tables were super friendly and the food was fast and so tasty. I live so close and can’t wait to go back! Thanks team!!

We have been here a few times as a couple and with groups. Always been impressed with the level of service and the quality of the food. After enquiring with other restaurants in the area (who took advantage) and here, we went ahead and booked our wedding reception, and I am so glad we did! 47 guests, the service from the staff was exactly the same and the food was amazing! Made our day very memorable! … Sunday roast is a must by the way!!!!!! As is the Black Forest roulade … the prawn cocktail … just everything!
