Walked in to be greeted by a happy smiling staff member. They helped me and my partner choose drinks (which were fabulous!) had a laugh with us and was so very helpful. All the staff on shift today were great. Will 100% be back to order more great tasting coffee and maybe a cheeky

We go to Caffe Nero in Ramsgate at least once a week and every single one of the staff are really lovely and so very helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. And the coffee and food is always delicious and well presented. We go to quite a few Nero's all over the place, Bromley, Beckenham, Canterbury and others too, and Ramsgate is the very best one!

Very, very friendly staff. Very welcoming. Good drinks and cake, we had amaretto latte which was lovely and chocolate milkshake made with coconut milk which my OH said was delicious. Decor looks a bit jaded but the lovely staff make up for that.
