Very poor service charge money to pay by card even reall slow though spent alot of money then charged the same for a bag that could barely hold the food , food was poor quality

Very pleased with this place! I've tried a few Chinese takeaways in the area and this one has been by far the best!!! Delivered quickly and piping hot!!! And very tasty. Will definitely be ordering again!

First time trying Dou Dou because they are available on a Monday. And my family are so pleased and my mother has said this is the best one we have had. Not greasy at all and it arrived hot, and scheduled for 7pm, it arrived at 7:20pm but this is good and not very late. Next time we will definitely book direct. Perfect

Absolutely delicious! One of the best Chinese and reasonably priced. Only fault is that they haven't had any Peking dumplings when I've ordered from them a couple of times which is a same they are my favourite ????

Best Chinese around very frustrated when it doesn't appear on just eat they may be busy but personally I'd wait phone never gets answered. Have to go elsewhere which us very disappointing when your looking forward to something. To the owners happy to wait if your busy x

We were really annoyed at how late the order was but, when it arrived the food was hot and oh my goodness the quality was outstanding. We ordered Singapore fried rice, which contained large pieces of roast chicken, we also ordered the salt & pepper chicken balls as a side, I cannot tell you how amazing these are, so very good. Other dishes were beef with tomatoes, beautiful fresh dish and king prawn curry that contained onion and mushroom, both amazing dishes. This is the best Chinese food I have ever had, I will be back and I dont mind how long I wait for delivery. Keep up the good food, you are amazing ?

AVOID!!!!! Waited over 2 hours for delivery the phone was taken off the hook so was constantly engaged so couldn't get threw for an update on the food awful customer service wouldn't recommend

Ordered this evening at 7pm and am yet to recieved my order over 2 hours later. Tried to call to check how much longer our order will be and the phone has been taken off the hook and is continuously engaged. When spending over £40 on an order am disgusted with the service. Will not be order from them again
